Individual Operating Reports

Please CLICK HERE for the United States Trustee approved Operating Reports, pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Rule 2003-1.

Please note: redacted bank statements along with proof of tax deposits must be attached to each monthly Operating Report.

It is IMPORTANT to note the following:

Operating reports are

1. to be provided as of the date of filing and completed on a monthly basis
2. due in the office on or before the 20^th of each month
3. to be redacted and filed on the court docket
4. to be FULLY completed including the cumulative section, adding the information from the previous report to the next month’s report.

For example,

Your case is filed on September 9^th, the first operating report should cover September 9^th through September 30^th, which is due on October 20^th. The next report will cover the next full month of October 1^st-October 31^st, due on November 20^th, so forth and so on.
