Individual Operating Reports

Please note: redacted bank statements along with proof of tax deposits must be attached to each monthly Operating Report.
It is IMPORTANT to note the following:
Operating reports are
- to be provided as of the date of filing and completed on a monthly basis
- due in the office on or before the 20th of each month
- to be redacted and filed on the court docket
- to be FULLY completed including the cumulative section, adding the information from the previous report to the next month’s report.
Your case is filed on September 9th, the first operating report should cover September 9th through September 30th, which is due on October 20th. The next report will cover the next full month of October 1st-October 31st, due on November 20th, so forth and so on.
